Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads,streams, and washes across central and west Puerto Rico. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...Heat index 108-111 degrees across Northwest to Northeast Puerto Rico, and Culebra. Heat exhaustion likely with prolonged exposure.
